My story into wellbeing
I discovered yoga in 2017 during a challenging chapter in my life, seeking a way to heal myself and my family. It was then that I met a truly inspirational teacher who sparked something deep within me. Together as a family, we began a journey of healing—one that opened my eyes to the power of shared practice and the peace that comes from connecting with like-minded souls.
In 2020, during the pandemic, I completed my 200-hour Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga teacher training, followed by a 60-hour Yin yoga certification. That experience changed everything. I felt a deep calling to share the joy, calm, and clarity that yoga had brought into my life. Teaching felt like home.
My curiosity about movement and how the body works led me to complete a Level 3 Mat-Based Pilates qualification in 2022. The more I learned, the more certain I became that my purpose is to support others through movement, mindfulness, and presence.
After several years of study and teaching, I made the decision to leave my career as a pastry chef and fully embrace this new path. Today, I blend my background in catering with my love of wellness to create retreats that nourish both body and soul—bringing together yoga, Pilates, and mindful food.
In 2023, I was drawn to the healing power of Tibetan Sound Bowl Orchestration. Holding space for others in this way has been a deeply humbling experience, and I continue to be amazed by the energy and transformation that happens when people come together to heal.
Whether I’m guiding movement or stillness, my passion is helping others feel grounded, connected, and fully present—just as I do when I’m on the mat.
With love,
