Bookings & Cancellations Policy

All bookings are made via email, with payment either in person on the day or by separate arrangement. By booking, you agree to the following terms:

Retreats (One-Day)

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will result in forfeiture of your place and full payment is still due.

• No refunds or transfers are available for cancellations within 48 hours of the event.

Residential Retreats

• A 15% deposit is required to secure your place. This deposit is non-refundable.

• Cancellations made within 28 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• If you cancel more than 28 days in advance, 50% of the total retreat fee (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.

Class Passes (e.g., Pilates – Set of 6 Classes)

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule or retain the session credit.

• If you cancel within 48 hours or miss a booked session, that session will be forfeited and cannot be transferred or refunded.

• Class passes are valid for the period specified at the time of booking and cannot be extended.

Sound Healing Sessions

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled sound healing session are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Please arrive on time. Missed sessions will be considered a late cancellation and cannot be refunded.

Please email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your booking. We appreciate your understanding and respect for the time and preparation involved in offering these sessions.
